Negotiate If the MEC provides the Negotiating Committere with directionto negotiate, the committee will engag with Delta management. Negotiations may or may not end with atentatives agreement. 5. Ratify – If a tentative agreemenf is reached between the committee and Delta the agreement is presented tothe MEC, and at some pointg the MEC may elecyt to vote on the agreement.
